Nous sommes un service de garde, nous aimerions au lieu d'utiliser des coupons remettre a nos parents

une carte magnetique que le parent remet a la personne responsable des dejeuners et la personne passe la carte sur un lecteur numerique et la base de données qui est relier a la carte est débité d'un repas, lorsque la carte

est vide le parent nous envoie un virement bancaire et nous allons recharger sa carte, on pourrais egallement utilisé notre systeme 3cx design flow pour le paiement et la gestion de la transaction dans la base de donnée

nous avons plus de 500 enfants, nous n'avons pas idee de quel carte ou lecteur pourrais repondre a notre besoin

NOTE: We think we need to have a key card scanning system where these cards can also sync with a database of members that will incur various transactions like lunches.

So we believe we would need:

1) Key cards or fobs for customers and hardware to scan them

2) A custom database that can record details about certain customers

We need someone to advise us on what else is needed, and get some estimates.
