Animated hand drawing and animation video

We would like to take an existing video of someone drawing an explanation of something and turn it into an animated video with a combination of hand drawing and animated graphics. The end result we are looking for will be a dynamic, entertaining, and fun video. We would like someone who wants to get creative for this project. We'll share both the link to the existing video and examples of the style we're looking for in a private message.
