Texture filled webdesign-

Hello,

I am looking to have a website design created that is packed with TEXTUREs for a new mortgage comparison website.

Attached you will find a sample of what I have come up with for a design. But by no means am I a professional web site designer. Please do what you feel would work best.

The main goal of this website is to have visitors that are interested in getting a mortgage, take action by clicking one of our buttons and filling out a online form for a mortgage professional to contact them directly.

Ideally I will like to have this website created by someone who has experience with "call to action" design and creating design flow that helps create clicks.

I have attached a background that I would like to use (or something textured similar, one image for the whole background, seamless). All logos, buttons, images etc will need to be created as I would like this website to have HQ images that are unique and colorful.

I would like to have this site more visually appealing, while keeping the design very simply and easy to use with bright colors to attract eyes to the call to action buttons.

Basically I am looking for a landing page, "rate comparison main page" (this will be the main page for all comparisons, and used the most. you will be able to select different areas ie: alberta, bc, sask through a drop down button.). also a popup or conversion page where users will complete their information.

Right now I am starting a website that compares mortgage rates from across canada. There are a few of these website out there already, but something is lacking in the online rate comparison world I think. To me the other sites and the whole process of shopping for a rare brings the movie "office space l" to mind.

I believe with the proper website design, we can create a site that will engage the customers sence and make mortgage rate research an enjoyable experience.
