Build Podcast Site with Affiliate Marketing Focus

I'm looking to get a slick website built for a podcast that will focus on web development. Here are some details about what I need; *Responsive Design, a MUST *Needs to look good on desktops/laptops too *Frontpage has high converting email sign-up form ([login to view URL]) *Will have free downloadable ebook *Experience with GetResponse and integration into WP *Clear buttons on frontpage that take you to the podcast and "about" page of the site. *Podcast posts go on subdirectory ([login to view URL]) *Theme must be built for maximum SEO value *On podcast posts I want BIG clickable buttons that say "Visit ____" host. This feature must be built in so I don't have to do the coding manually for affiliate links. *Social sharing & RSS buttons that are big and clear *Clean looking site *Plugins I will use - Yoast SEO, Broken Link Checker, Pretty Link Pro, NextScripts, WP Optimize, PowerPress Podcasting, etc. I don't want a custom designed theme, but use an existing one. This way it can be modded to my liking. This is what I'd prefer from a support perspective. There is going to be a strong affiliate marketing focus to this site but I still want it to look clean and uncluttered. Strong English, written and verbal are required. I will want to use Google Chat and Google+ Hangouts to communicate with you most of the time, so you need to be able to use both of these and be available. I can also use Skype. Prior email marketing and setting up a podcast site are a plus. In addition to any internet marketer experience. Keep in mind I'm looking for someone that can help fix problems down the road.
