4 sec. Animated Cartoon: AskBobRankin.com Intro Title Sequence

We need an animated sequence which is specified in the attached file. Only 0.75 seconds involves you drawing individual frames; most of the movement can be done with software, such as when the "camera" "pulls back" and displays the full picture. You **must** submit with your bid a drawn face, reasonably resembling a real person, which you have already drawn. I don't really care who the model is, but bids submitted without a drawing will be **ignored!** (You should *not* draw anything specific for this job before you are selected, as per RAC rules!) ## Deliverables The sequence is described in the attached file. The overall picture is modelled after the one of [Lucy][1]; a closeup of that cartoon can be found [here][2]. It is important that you do *not* directly use the model in any form, but rather that you draw the concept with your own hand. The text at the top reads, "TECHNICAL HELP", without the "5c" part. The text at the bottom reads, "THE DOCTOR IS [IN] [login to view URL]". The face itself should be a caricature or cartoon of [Bob Rankin][3]. An additional detail that is not shown in the attached sequence is that a small computer monitor should be on the desk, to the viewer's right, (Bob's left), angled slightly; the viewer would see the back of this.
