CC.PH3.01.01: Web update 07/06/2014

SCOPE: I’m looking to update an existing website. The website is development on PHP/AJAX/JavaScript/MySQL. You will have access to a test site for development. The new update will be have the same interface as: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The site will require the following: - Home page with the city search, neighborhood guide, footer - Map page that shows markers where properties are located (database has lat/long info). If the user click on the marker it should display the property info ("same" things as in the airbnb website (title, image slider, price, etc). On the right side of the second page i almost need the same thing as airbnb or ouistock. - Property (similar to airbnb) The majority of the work will be on the front-end. The database has been created. Developer should have knowledge of PHP/AJAX/ JavaScript /MySQL/CSS. During the selection process, I will provide full requirements to qualified developers. This will allow you to fully understand the scope and determine if there are any issues. DESIGN CONCEPT: Follow existing design template. HOSTING: Hosting is on [login to view URL] PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Money will be Milestone and release upon the following: 20% - upon completion and approval of home page 20% - upon completion and approval of map page 30% - upon completion and approval of property page 30% - upon successful final UAT and final delivery of all source codes and files This payment structure is a pay as you go method and will reduce risk for the developer and ensure progress for myself. I will provide the dev and testing environment. COMMUNICATION: I require someone who will actively communicate with me and update me throughout the project. TERMINATION: This project will be terminated if I feel the development and/or communication process has stalled. If there is an issue, identify it and let me know. I need to turn in a status report as well. OWNERSHIP: Upon full payment, full worldwide ownership of the software/application will transfer to me.
