Web based Social Networking Tool (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube)

So read my requirements in details first.

I need a web based tool where i can manage the social networking.

Suppose i have a facebook fanpage. I want a platform from where i can post updates and also when people comment on my posts its come to that page and also i can reply from that page without going to facebook page.

Also need option to count facebook likes, comments.

Need a analytical reporting system to count the number of likes, comments date wise or a duration.

If anyone have simillar websolution plz contact with me with demo.

Actually i need a social networking / marketing tool to manage from one platform without going to the page.
