I need a small web service to be developed urgently (during 3 days)
Specification:
The website is purposed for doctors, who will conduct diagnostic sessions with their patients and enter results into the website.
- user accounts (for doctors)
- form for diagnostic results data input/edit (in-place input/edit, on the same page where all previously entered entries are displayed)
- possibility to see previous diagnostic sessions (all entries, entered during the previous diagnostic sessions)
- possibility to export all entries, entered by the user, into Excel file
Administrator:
- could create cities (every user is responsible for diagnostic sessions in his own city)
- can not delete cities
- could create user accounts
- can not delete users
- can see all diagnostic sessions for every city
- can export all entries, created by all users, into Excel file, with cities breakdown
You will be provided with the design for this site, that you will have to put on the site.
Only 3 days for the project.
No CMS should be used for this service, only self-written code using the of the well known PHP frameworks like Zend, Codeigniter, Cotonti etc.
