Magento Programmer Needed / API Expert

I am looking for a website Programmer that have knowledge in the area of API, Magento , HTML . The required task is to use the Onverify API System (Available Publicly on their stire) to work with Magento. The second task is to use Telesign API to work with magento according certain guidelines. Third task is to modify the HTML template with a new design which will be provided by myself. Fourth task is modify the checkout page, registration page, and sign up page with additional mouse over instruction for the customer. You will be required to make and test all the features on our server. After completion can direct you to additional project based on performance.
