Building an exciting new Online Travel Portal

The project is to build an online travel portal based on a new concept. The portal will only focus on air ticket bookings. Around 40% of the code has already been written using the PHP Laravel framework. We are looking for someone who could take this forward. Some of the key features of the development would involve:
- Standard Travel API Integration
- Web interface for user to search airlines
- A separate web interface for airlines to list some special category seats and view bookings made
- A back-end admin interface to control the bookings
- Minimalistic and elegant web design
- User profile page for him to view bookings he has made
- Integration of a payment gateway
Existing web development companies/freelance coders can apply to this. The skilsets required are good knowledge of php, laravel, bootstrap. This is a new travel startup and we are looking for a long term relationship either with good company or a good freelancer.
Being in Delhi NCR (esp. Gurgaon/Noida will be an added advantage) - but is not a necessity.
Since some of the code has already been written, please bid competitively for this.
