Hi, I would like an image designed for me using the following attached samples. The attachment "[login to view URL]" will be the biggest part of the project as the photo quality is poor and needs to be created from scratch. I'd like to make a small change to her tattoo, just a simple infinity symbol (8). The attachment "[login to view URL]" is what I want next to the angel with the lightning background. For consistency this might have to be designed from scratch, unless you can make use of the original, attachment "[login to view URL]". The lightning effect can be easily done in Photoshop. A small change needs to be made to the car being the number plate which shouldn't be hard. I understand this isn't a easy project but please do not bid unless you can provide a good quality image. Image size should be landscape, 34 x 23 cms. Feel free to ask any questions before placing a bid and any design opinions/changes are most welcome. Thanks
