Graphic Art Work for quotation document

We are creating a new service and require some concepts to be presented visually. None of them are complex - they are fairly straight forward. The designs / images must follow our Corporate ID in terms of colour, fonts etc. Format must be suitable to insert into a MsWord document, pdf and possible used later in a corporate video or online etc. There are three images we require: 1) Show a simple work flow of three or four steps - the last one(s) finish in a recurring (circular) event (ie repeat business for us with the client) 2) Show a four way inter-relationship between four aspects of our service 3) The range of services we offer The images need to be of very good quality, be visually "clean" and allow the viewer to quickly and easily grasp the concepts presented. They should appeal to a corporate type viewer. I will provide details of the work flows, corporate id etc to those shortlisted to assist with their considerations. Unfortunately we have a very tight deadline on this as we have enquiries on our new service even before it has been officially released. So we need to be in a position to submit a proposal to a client by mid next week. That would mean a deadline on at least the first item above within 3 days. (sorry) Oh yes, we will need to retain full copyright and ownership on all images provided. Our business is growing fast and this project may lead to further work... without the short deadlines :-)
