Hey!
Previously we have had a professional document created by a designer which we have printed or just emailed a PDF to clients.
We now want to use this document in a flip book but at the moment the text is far too small to be legible in a flip book.
The document is attached (Ballard Property Management Brochure).
We need to keep the fonts and the margins as is. Currently the text is in 2 columns and I understand that this will probably need to be changed to 1 column. There is also sort of a third column on each page on the far right hand side. It's in different colour text and has bullet points. We would need to figure out a way to display that text without it looking too cluttered. My first suggestion would be to leave it where it is and just make the text a bit bigger but have the other 2 columns made into one column.
I think this document has also been made to suit a custom size paper. It will need to be resized to A4 as well.
We have had this done with a similar document before. I have attached an example of what one of those pages looks like to give you an idea of how big the text needs to be and what the spacing should look like.
Thank you!
