Need graphics for new indie game dev company!

I need a logo done for my new online game company, and graphics for my first web/iphone game. I'm hoping to develop a long term relationship with a graphic designer who can also help with future games design needs. Things I will need include:
- A logo/mascot (I will provide more details later)
- Sprite sheets (characters moving etc)
- Animations
The style i'm looking for is that eye-catching cartoon style you generally see in the top paid games in iTunes.
Please provide examples of work you've done in the past and how much you charged for those examples, so I can get a feel for your style and price range.
