Logo/website template for book company - partially complete

THIS PROJECT IS BEING RE-LISTED BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS FREELANCER STARTED THE PROJECT AND THEN DISAPPEARED OFF [url removed, login to view]
Therefore, I have a half finished logo which I would like completing. In addition I would also like some basic web graphics designing - I have already made a layout of the web page using a HTML table so it's just a case of filling the table.
