Logo Design for Word Document

Hello Freelancers,
I need a logo designed for a word document report. The project is analyzing how healthy, children in 6th grade eat, and what effect the eating habits of their friends have on them. The name of the study is "Food Choices Study". The logo must include those words.
Ideally, I would like a large logo for the cover page of the report (front and center) and then a smaller logo to be used as a header or footer in the body of the report. White / transparent background please.
I don't want to limit anyone's creativity, but I was thinking of brighter colors, maybe drawings of bananas, carrots, cookies, chips, oranges, tacos, spaghetti, or something to that affect. Since the study is looking at the relationship between students, it would be nice to show a relationship between two kids. Maybe they are trading items. Maybe one has cookies and the other has fruits. I'm thinking realistic cartoon characters. The children will be eating off of trays, so please don't show a bagged lunch. Thanks!
