Chinese Restaurant Logo

I am looking for someone to come up with 5 logos for my restaurant, from which I will select 1. You may have seen this job posted before but there were some errors so unfortunately it had to be reposted again.

Colour scheme: Green (Forest/royal/emerald – NOT a light or bright green) and white
I want my logo to possess the following qualities: green and white, simple, contemporary/modern asian feel and professional.
The logo must incorporate both the Chinese characters and the English name of the restaurant. I like the idea of having the Chinese characters created more like a graphic and the English name of the restaurant simply written alongside or underneath the graphic.
Please try to incorporate some creative Chinese fonts: below is an example of a website in which you can find these types of fonts. Please do not limit it to this single website only.

I have attached a file that gives you one possible idea for a style that I like (except of course the red needs to be changed to green).
FORMAT: I would like the logo to be submitted in both ai and pdf format.
Further projects available such as other logo designs and business card designs if I am satisfied with the final product submitted to me.
