Joomla Template for locksmith & security business

We require a template based on attached art work, I am looking for something simple that will be user friendly for me to add modules and plugins later. Please see some points below:
1. I need an expandable menu plugin installed (cant seem to get that working)
2. I need a menu location created at the top of the page
3. PDF's of current artwork attached
4. I will direct all good proposals to my current site.
5. I need a photo scrolling banner on the top with easy ability to change pictures (looking for advise on this)
I am looking for someone working from home, larger company using project managers need not apply.
