I am looking for a Virtual Assistant for my internet marketing business. I have several Wordpress blogs and Facebook pages which require marketing on a daily basis.
I will need an assistant who can assume the responsibility of updating the blogs and social media channels daily.
You will primarily handle daily marketing which includes, but, not limited to:
1) Updating Wordpress blogs - You will copy and paste articles from my Editorial Calendar ( [url removed, login to view] ) to our Wordpress blogs. You will add images that I send you and add appropriate tags to each post.
2) Social marketing - You will assist in our effort to drive traffic to our blogs by programming our NorthSocial apps on Facebook [url removed, login to view]
3) You will copy and paste articles from my Editorial Calendar into our AWeber autoresponder and program the autoresponder to send out several mass emails to our list each week.
4) Graphic Design - We will send you images and text (Keynote / Powerpoint) You will convert into .pdf's and upload to Autoresponder. (See [url removed, login to view])
Job will take @ 90 minutes per day after we are up and running.
We will meet via Skype for @ 20 minutes per day when neceesary. We can meet either in the morning NY time or in the evening NY time.
Winning provider will speak and write excellent English. Be very comfortable working in Wordpress (Installing plug-ins, creating landing pages, installing templates etc.), Facebook and AWeber. Please familarize yourself with [url removed, login to view] Winning provider will also have good taste in Graphic design and be able to generate documents based on design model provided by me.
Please offer bids based on a 5 day work week of 2 hours a day and include your skills.
