Convert AUTOCAD DWG to XML

This bid is for an AutoCAD program that will export DWG data to XML.

the program will run from autocad (Lisp or any other option)

Identify objects on the DWG (using a simple user interface with the user if needed - for example it should export the electricety elements as an XML object and not just a set of lines, and it can popup a window while running to as user on a certain element if it fail to identify it) and export the DWG to XML.

an important issue is getting the exact coordinates.

Please Bid if you have expirience with autocad programming.

Payment:

60% on work delivery

40% after QA and testing the results.
