Illustration- URGENT: FOR IMMEDIATE COMPLETION - repost

For immediate start and final completion overnight

I require a simple, yet non condescending way to explain a complicated financing arrangement to a layman adult audience.

The illustrations should be as simple as is required to get this job done quickly

Analogy to be used as follows:

> Zaya and Bat-uul wish to start a business. They estimate it will cost $100 to start the business

> Zaya and Bat-uul agree to split the business down the middle- each will contribute $50 and in return each will own 50% of the businss

> Zaya, however, is not able to fund her $50 share immediately, so Bat-uul agrees to lend Zaya the money, and Zaya will pay Bat-uul back as the business begins to make a profit [key point- Zaya still owns 50% of the business, she will just pay Bat-uul with her 50% of the profits until the debt is repaid, then she will keep her share of profits for herself]

> The business grows, and Zaya and Bat-uul find they need an additional $200 to fund an expansion

> Neither Zaya not Bat-uul are able to provide the $200, so the pair decide to approach the a bank to take out a loan

> As the business is now growing, the business itself is able to borrow the money.

> The bank lends the business $200, and the business is able to continue to grow. Neither Zaya nor Bat-uul are in debt- if the business fails and is unable to repay the loan, the lender has recourse over the business. [Key point- neither Zaya nor Bat-uul can be held liable to repay the loan; they both still own 50% of the business each]

I am looking for an experienced and creative illustrator who is able to find a way to tell this story on ONE SINGLE A4 PAGE (landscape). This is an analogy for a mining financing arrangement to be made to a Mongolian audience, so any specific allusions should reflect this.
