Create a flyer for SEO and website creation

I want to create a flyer (duplex) for SEO and website creation advertising. So one side is dedicated to SEO advertising and the other side is dedicated to the website advertising. I have no idea for the design and I'm looking for something very professional. But I know what I want to see in the flyer : three packages for SEO and three packages for website, company name, logo, adress, email, website url, special offer (e.g. 75 $ free for..), ... But I really want your ideas because it's your job. I want a small mockup before accepting the bid!!! I'll select the project on the mockup that you sent (and the mockup must be in relation with my project).
