I have several paper documents that I currently use , but have to be completed in handwriting.
These documents are already in word and pdf , but i have to print them out before I can use them as I do not have them in a template form that can be just typed into without a lot of editing.
I use the same documents over and over again , so would like to be able to have them on a laptop & just enter the data into fields on the computer within each document, so that i can save time filling them out, as well as be able to store them electronically and print out copies only as i need them.
If you like, I can send you samples of the documents I wish to have made into templates so you can see what i mean.
There are about 6 small documents that I currently need doing , but if you do a great job on these, I may have more for you to do at a later stage.
Ultimately, I would like to be able to use word or a pdf writing programme to enter my information into and save.
I welcome any suggestions you may have as to how you will do this. I just want to have quick and easy data entry for my forms , that can be saved and printed.
Please feel free to ask any questions you feel may help you to understand what I need.
I would also like to note that these templates will be used in Australia and so good english wording is required.
If you have a sample of previous templates that you have completed , i would be happy to see these examples of your work to make it easier to select the right person to fill my needs on this job.

I want them back in the best format that you can do , which simply allows me to fill in the blanks and save/print. That is all I need done. So whatever that means to you is good. Word / HTML / Editable PDF... show me your examples.

Word & Excel forms seem not to be doing what i want them to do.
PDF seems to be the best and easiest to use , but for those of you using tick boxes , please make sure they work, as many examples coming through do not seem to be working, and this is how I will be selcting the best person for the Job , their examples must be inperfect working order so as I can see what you can do !
