I need someone to ghost write a real estate course. Something like a Don Lapre Or Carleton Sheets type of a program but vastly updated for today's market and todays programs. Nothing like the old "Buy Real Estate For $1" Programs but the same amount of hard-book or e-book materials as found in these older programs. I will provide the knowledge and concepts that I use in everyday successful real estate business and you will need to extent that knowledge into a step by step program for purchasers of the product to use. I am terrible at writing ANYTHING but have knowledge that very few people posses. I need someone to get whats in my head onto paper and add in filler material to make the program a real "Course" if you will on real estate investing in todays foreclosure/REO/Bank Owned Market. The payments terms can be simple cash or a portion of the proceeds or a combination of both. This will be a late night infomercial type product sold nationwide on television through live radio interviews and infomercials as well as nationwide billboards and other media such as the internet. It will be a good two year all out run for cash until the market is saturated and has fully recovered from its current downfall! There is so much money to be made currently in this market its ridiculous but I do not have the upfront capital (Several hundred million dollars) to do every real estate deal myself. SO The next best thing? SHARE with the world with families who are losing their homes and need another on, with people who have never owned a home before and want to purchase one without credit, with investors big and small who want to cash in on this crazy market while helping a family get a great deal on a home and putting day dream type money in his pocket on every deal!
