We are a small property consulting firm based in Australia that regularly provide submissions for new appointments and also produces reports for our clients. We would like to have 4 standardised submission and report formats (portrait and landscape) so we can use these as and when appropriate. We use MS Word to produce our base submissions/reports and either print them as a hard copy or convert them to PDF format. We would like have various templates including;
• A cover/title page,
• Index page,
• Typical report page,
• Attachment/addendum page,
The concept is to have these templates available so we only need to type in the text and include photos/maps/plans within the text.
We want to convey a modern but professional image.
We already have a corporate logo which is able to be incorporated into the templates. We would also be able to provide samples of past reports prepared by our firm and examples of submissions/reports that we like that will provide some assistance as to the type/style of templates we would like developed.
