Logo, banner and style

Hi every one,
A short and easy design job: to do:
1- One 282 x 79 logo.
2- One 600 x 79 banner that will contain a 14 words phrase, must be catchy but not flashy.
3- 3 banners, 300 x 120, to incite the visitor to click on .
4- A style, which can be set via the admin panel, there is no CSS to write.
Budget is unfortunately not large, but client is expecting professional looking.
Will pay via Freelancer with Milestone deposit.
