Residential Interior 3D Render Package

I am Interior who is looking for a designer for my upcoming projects,I’m refreshing three key areas of my home—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—and need a complete interior design solution that finishes with photorealistic 3D views. Starting from my existing floor plan, you’ll develop a cohesive concept, refine layouts, select finishes and furnishings, then translate everything into high-quality renders I can share with contractors. Here’s what I need you to hand over: • Concept boards that illustrate colour palette, materials, lighting ideas and furniture inspiration for each room • Scaled layout drawings with clear furniture placement and circulation paths • At least two photorealistic 3D renders per room (minimum 4K resolution), plus the source model files (SketchUp, 3ds Max or Blender are all fine) • A concise specification sheet listing selected furniture, fixtures and finishes so purchasing is straightforward I haven’t locked into a single style yet, so feel free to propose the direction you think suits the spaces best. I value practical storage, inviting lighting and a design that feels warm yet current. Please include a short note on your approach, the main software you plan to use—V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Twinmotion or similar—and how long you’ll need for concept, revisions and final rendering. If you have links to previous residential room renders, share them; seeing lived-in realism and good material handling is important to me.
