3D Residential Interior Design

I want to give my home a complete interior makeover and need an experienced designer who can translate ideas into a fully detailed, photo-realistic 3D package. The project is strictly residential and I’m aiming to approve a finished concept within a month, so I’ll need quick turnarounds and clear communication throughout. What I’ll share once we start: – Existing floor plan in DWG/PDF – Site photos and a mood board of styles I like Preferred workflow: SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion or any comparable tool that produces accurate metric drawings and crisp, realistic renders. Deliverables • Concept mood board with colour palette • Furniture & lighting layout (dimensioned) • Fully textured 3D model of all rooms • 5–7 high-resolution still renders (4K) • Itemised materials and furniture list with purchase links or codes Milestones 1. First concept & layout – 10 days 2. Final model and renders – 4 weeks total Everything must be ready for hand-off to my contractor, so precision matters as much as visual appeal.
