My 2-bedroom home spreads over roughly 2,200 sq ft and I’m ready to give every corner a cohesive, Modern feel. The scope covers the living room, both bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms; each space should flow together visually while still serving its own purpose. What I need from you • A detailed space plan that makes the most of the generous square footage and clearly marks furniture placement, circulation paths and storage solutions. • Concept boards and material palettes that capture a clean, contemporary look—think sleek lines, smart storage and plenty of natural light. • High-quality 3D renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray or similar) so I can visualise finishes, lighting and décor before committing. • Working drawings and specifications (AutoCAD/Revit) for contractors, covering built-ins, lighting, electrical points, flooring and bathrooms. • A shopping list with furniture, fittings and decor suggestions that are available locally or online, complete with dimensions and finish details. Acceptance criteria 1. Layouts must respect structural walls and services; no major demolition is planned. 2. All rooms should share a recognisably Modern aesthetic, yet never feel identical. 3. Rendered images must illustrate day and night lighting scenarios. 4. Final package delivered in editable CAD files plus PDF/PNG for easy viewing.
