Contemporary Residential Interior SketchUp Models

I need a clean, well-organised SketchUp model that captures my entire residential project in a contemporary, minimal style. The spaces to cover are the living room, primary bedroom, both balconies, a compact home office, and a dedicated pooja room. The floor plan is ready; what I require now is precise 3D work that reflects correct proportions, base model is ready need to redo some and update some furniture and built-ins laid out so I can visualise flow the entire look in enscape before committing to finishes. Please keep the palette neutral and uncluttered, using simple forms, concealed storage, and airy sight-lines to reinforce the contemporary look. Deliverables • One organised .skp file with grouped, layered geometry and clearly named components • A material palette folder (textures or colour swatches) referenced in the model • high-resolution perspective images exported from SketchUp’s native viewport (no external renderer needed; clean linework and shadows are fine) Acceptance criteria • All listed rooms modelled to scale, matching my provided plans • Elements snapped to exact axes—no stray lines or reversed faces • File size kept manageable through proper component use and purging of unused data I’ll supply the measured drawings , base skp and a handful of inspiration photos as soon as we start.
