The design involves a unique structural framework inspired by heritage typologies, requiring precise AutoCAD drafting and advanced SketchUp modeling. Scope of Work: AutoCAD: Refining floor plans and sections based on an existing structural grid of columns and beams. SketchUp Modeling: Developing a detailed 3D model that includes custom modular "pods," a mezzanine level, and a specific gabled roof structure. Rendering: Producing atmospheric, photorealistic interior and exterior renders that highlight specific material textures (timber, concrete) and lighting. Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray/Enscape (or similar). Ability to translate conceptual sketches and physical study models into technical drawings. Strong eye for composition and architectural storytelling. Confidentiality (Strict): This is a private academic/professional project. All files, concepts, and final renders are strictly confidential.
