Data Entry & Image Editing Assistant

This project centres on processing a large batch of numerical data while also curating and lightly retouching related images. The data-entry portion is the top priority: thousands of figures need to be transferred from PDF statements into a Google Sheets template with perfect accuracy and consistent formatting. Once the spreadsheets are complete, I also need a matching set of product photos gathered from specified sources, renamed to a strict convention, and resized or colour-corrected in Photoshop (or equivalent) so they’re web-ready. Detailed, step-by-step instructions and file-naming rules will be provided up front; following them precisely is essential. Deliverables • Clean, fully populated Google Sheets file containing all numerical fields • Folder of collected images, each edited to the required dimensions and naming scheme • Brief change log noting any anomalies or questions that arose during the work Everything is needed as soon as possible, so efficient turnaround without sacrificing accuracy is critical. If you’re meticulous with numbers and comfortable switching between data entry, image sourcing, and basic photo editing, this task should be straightforward.
