I have this from our old developer [login to view URL]

Unfortunately our developer left us and we cant do or have the source code for this but we would like to have something similar where we can input from a excel sheet live and updated live (it was every 30 seconds ) to parse the information into how many votes on each district/zone on the map etc

Is this possible?
