I need some simple screenscrapping — I prefer candidates who live in The Western Balkans, Eastern Europe, or Russia (16 June 2020)

If you apply for this project I will send you my functional specifications for this project. The following use case is an oversimplification of my functional specifications for this project.

I will login to a website. Then I will see chat messages. Now let's say I had received a chat message (text message) containing a particular sentence such as, "I will see you this Wednesday at 2pm." In that case the screenscraper you will build would respond with a particular response such as, "Ok. Good. I will see you then." This is similar to a chat bot but it will not use an API and it will not run on a server.

However let's say I had received a chat message (text message) containing a different particular sentence such as, "Would you like to meet me to call you back?" In that case the screen scraper you will build would respond with a particular response such as, "No thanks. I am sorry but I am not interested in talking with you on the phone."

Of course, I must be able to change the particular sentences and the particular responses.

*** PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE ***

You may write this screen scraper in any programming language, that is at least pretty good, such as Python, Ruby, Go, or Rust. You may write this bot in PHP. (PHP is not my favorite language but it's useful for simple applications like this). If you a very smart then may write this bot in Lisp or one of its many offspring such as Clojure or Scheme. If you are really old may write this bot in Perl but you must prove you are over fifty years old! You may not write this screen scraper in Java or C#. If I were to award this project to you, which programming language would you use?

*** OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION ***

I do *not* want to run this screen scraper on a server. Instead, I want to run this on my laptop, which runs Linux (Manjaro XFCE) that I use for my ordinary computing needs (my daily driver). I am willing to install some applications. Currently, I have AutoKey, wmctrl, xdotools, and XbindKeys installed on my daily driver.
