Hiring An HOURLY FEMALE WRITER for Long Term Work

Pay is .50 cents for every 100 words written or $2.50 for every 500 word article. I need a writer or several writers that are willing to work on an HOURLY basis. Hourly means that I will be giving you one or two articles, and a deadline of like say 1 hour, or 30 minutes -- depending how long you need per 100 words. Then you turn in the article to me, and I give you another assignment. You turn it in, then another, and so on. I would provide about 15 - 50 articles a day, ranging from 300 - 500 words each -- depending on what you can handle; but I WILL NOT be giving you a bulk list of topics. I need a minimum of 8000 words a day from one writer, or from 2 or 3 writers. If you can handle all 8000 words, I will award the job to one person. I can keep you working for a long time to come, so you can always expect that work to be coming every day, 5 - 6 days a week. And I would be willing to provide you with work 7 days a week, if you really wanted the workload, or else it's fine to just take Sunday's off. Most of the articles I will give you are easy to research, and just require that you use keywords in a certain way. It's very simple for capable writers. I pay twice a month via Paypal on the 7th and 22nd of the month. I have worked with some writers, but they were all flaky, and most want to just turn in 1 or 2 articles a day. I need a full time worker to work on a consistent basis, and I'm hoping that I can hire someone that is responsible, willing and able to handle a regular job. This is not a gig.
