Removal gas pipes from under an older home

Job Description:

House build in 1940 with large amount of gas piping under the pier and beam portion of the home.. The house has been renovated, the new portion is cement foundation.. The water heater sits in the portion of the house with the cement foundation... Need the old piping removed and new piping to service the kitchen stove and gas water heater.
