In brief, I have the full working source code to an Indie PC game called Defcon. This is a global thermonuclear strategy game that is in 2D strategy mode. The game has basic abstract graphics, uses sprites and DirectX9, but basically if you have knowledge of C++ you can easily make the modification that I am asking for.
I would like to create a MIRV mode whereby nuclear missiles launched from submarines split and become multiple missiles once they are near their target and can strike multiple targets with on missile. This is the essence of what a MIRV is and what it can do. I need this feature implemented in this game for my own personal enjoyment and satisfaction. If you have a very strong background in coding C++, have a true interest in gaming and game modification then you should be able to achieve this... so really it would come down to how long you think it would take you, if you agree on price, and your interest level in doing this type of thing.
