Mobile Tetrisphere Style Prototype

We are currently looking for someone to create a mobile game prototype for us in Unity 3D. The game will consist of a merger of the Nintendo 64 game Tetrisphere and the mobile/facebook game Bejeweled Blitz.

Standard Gameplay is exactly like Tetrisphere (Rescue Mode) but the player has a time limit to complete the puzzle. Whenever the player makes progress by blowing up a piece they are given a time bonus. Players receive points for exploding matched pieces as well as a multiplier for exploding multiple in a row. During gameplay the player also has five power ups shown at the bottom of the screen, these are used during standard gameplay but are of limited quantity. When a match ends the player is given a pop up to refill power ups (these power ups are purchased using the points the player has gained over time by playing the game).

The above mentioned points are used not only to purchase power ups but also determine when the player gains a level. Once a player gains a level they are given one free random power up.

Players also have the ability to choose from 3 difficulty levels: Casual / Normal / Hard

- Players gain higher point values on harder difficulty levels

- Differences between difficulty levels consist of added sphere layers (For Example: 5 / 10 / 15 )

- Difficulty levels should be designed

in a way where we can easily change the number of layers a sphere has per difficulty level.

Only other feature which we require is a game leaderboard (similar to Bejeweled Blitz). We would like the player to be able to log into Facebook and have all friends scores imported into the players leaderboard. If the friends name/image is tapped it should then display that players stats (which would only consist of the players level and high score graph for the past 30 days).

Anyone bidding should be a big fan of Tetrisphere and capable of recreating it in a timely fashion without a large amount of hand holding.

You do not need to implement the following:

- Anything related to IAP

- Achievements

- Posting messages to Facebook / Twitter

All art used in the game can be mock up art. We have our own artists that will recreate the art once the contract is finished. Your art would simply be to test the prototype.

We will be available to answer any questions and make clarifications throughout the project. We will also provide you with a short document including many of the above details along with drawings of how each screen should look. All art is expected to be mockup artwork so you do not need to put much effort into aesthetics, if the project continues forward in the future we will have our own artists work on it.
