I’m refining a quadripod-style walking robot that has already reached the prototype development stage, and I now need a mechanically minded Fusion 360 expert to take the hardware to the next level. The rough geometry, leg layout, and preliminary actuator selection are in place, but the current CAD is little more than a concept sketch. Your job is to turn it into a production-ready, fully parametric model: every bracket, linkage, gear train, and fastener detailed with correct tolerances so I can push straight to CNC, 3-D printing, or laser-cut parts without re-work. You’ll work inside Fusion 360—making full use of its joint, animation, and stress-simulation tools—to: • refine the leg kinematics for smooth, repeatable gait cycles • design lightweight yet rigid body panels and servo mounts • integrate cable management and battery compartments • generate exploded assembly drawings, flat patterns, and a clean BOM I’ll consider the job complete once I can: open a single Fusion 360 file, drive each joint through its range without interference, export STEP/STL files for fabrication, and hand the BOM straight to my supplier.
