I have a single CAD part ready in Fusion 360 and now need a clean, collision-free NC program generated in the Manufacturing workspace. The job is strictly 3-axis 3D milling and the stock will be aluminium, so please select tools, feeds and speeds with that material (Alu 50xx /60xx / 70xx) in mind. What I’d like back: • The Fusion 360 file saved with your toolpaths and setup intact • The machine and fixture must be included (Haas VM3 and any standard fixture) • The posted .nc file using the standard Fusion Generic Fanuc post (unless you suggest a better default) • A brief tool list and any notes about fixturing or offsets I’ll verify by running the in-software simulation, so make sure there are no crashes or over-cuts and that clearances are sensible. Once everything passes the simulation on my end, the project is complete.
