Currently moving so I am looking for an interior designer to create a complete design package for my bedroom. The final deliverables will be sent to my manufacturer in Damietta for furniture production, so I need manufacturing-ready technical drawings. Design Direction: The style is Japandi with a stronger lean toward Scandi comfort and modernism, (60/40). The space should feel warm, cozy, functional, and clean, not overly minimalist or cold. Room Area: 350cm x 360cm Window with AC above Furniture required: Bed Wall mounted Shelves/Shelving unit, whatever you see fit Desk, Minimum 150cm One Nightstand Wardrobe Vanity Key Principles: -Lighting: Warm lighting with multiple sources (ambient, task, accent) to add depth and layers. -Furniture: Low-to-ground where possible. Fill more than the bottom third of the room visually. -Shapes: Incorporate curves and softness into furniture and architectural details. -Materials: Focus on textures before colors. Start with organic materials (wood, bamboo, stone, cotton, linen, wool). Layer in inorganics and synthetics (metal, glass, concrete) to fill out the space. -Function First: Design for how I actually function and move through the space. Think about flow, command positions, and natural movement patterns. The space should look nice because it works well, not because it's decorated. -Feel: The room must be a place I can relax and unwind. -Scandi Lean: Comfortable textures, cozy layering (throws, rugs, soft textiles), warm neutral palette, approachable minimalism. -Modernism: Clean lines, honest materials, functional forms, simplicity with intention. Proposal Requirements: Portfolio examples Fee structure (flat fee or hourly) Estimated timeline for each deliverable Number of revisions included Budget: Timeline: Contact: What I'm Looking For in a Designer: I'm not just looking for someone to deliver final files and disappear. I want a designer who is: -Communicative: Regular check-ins, updates at each stage, and open to questions. -Collaborative: Shares concepts early for feedback rather than designing in a vacuum. -Curious: Asks questions that help them design, and not just about my style preferences. -Adaptable: Open to feedback and willing to pivot if something doesn't feel right. Sending pictures of empty room after agreement

Hi, I'd be happy to help with your bedroom project. I really like your design direction—a warm Japandi style with a Scandinavian focus on comfort, functionality, and clean design. I'll work closely with you throughout the process, sharing concepts early, gathering feedback, and refining the design before creating detailed manufacturing-ready drawings for your furniture maker in Damietta. Clear communication and collaboration are very important to me, and I'll make sure the final package is both aesthetically pleasing and practical for everyday use. I'd love to review the room photos and discuss your vision in more detail.

Hello I would love to collaborate with you to bring your Japandi bedroom to life! Knowing that the final designs will be sent to Damietta, my focus is not just on creating beautiful visuals, but on delivering highly precise, manufacturing-ready technical drawings (CAD/shop drawings) that the factory can execute flawlessly. Based on your 60/40 Japandi vision and the 350x360 cm space, here are two design directions we can explore: Concept 1: The Warm Earthy Sanctuary The Vibe: Grounded, cozy, and highly tactile. Key Features: A low-profile wooden platform bed with a textured fluted headboard, organic linen bedding, a curved bouclé vanity chair, and warm, layered ambient lighting. This concept emphasizes raw, natural materials to create a deeply relaxing, nest-like feel. Concept 2: The Floating Modern Minimalist** The Vibe: Sleek, spacious, and highly functional. Key Features: Integrated floating furniture (like the 150cm desk and bedside shelves) to maximize floor space. It utilizes clean geometric lines, hidden warm LED strip lighting, and smart, sleek wardrobe storage to make the room feel open and uncluttered while retaining warmth. Why work with me? I believe in active collaboration. I won’t just deliver the final files and disappear. I will involve you in the early sketching phases, listen to your feedback, and adapt the designs to match your routine and movement.
