Strategic Fundraising for Tech Startup

Startup Fundraiser Job Description We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Fundraiser to lead our fundraising efforts and secure strategic funding for the growth and expansion of the FamEase platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in startup fundraising, investor outreach, partnership development, and building strong relationships with investors and strategic partners. FamEase is a technology-driven platform that simplifies post-death documentation and settlement services across India, helping families navigate complex administrative processes with compassion and efficiency. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Fundraiser who can help us secure strategic funding, build long-term partnerships, and support the expansion of the FamEase platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with FamEase's business goals and growth plans.  • Identify and connect with angel investors, family offices, venture capital firms, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), startup accelerators, incubators, and strategic partners.  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective investors and funding partners.  • Prepare compelling pitch decks, fundraising presentations, financial summaries, and investment materials.  • Coordinate with the founders and leadership team to define fundraising goals, investment strategy, and investor communication.  • Represent FamEase at startup events, networking sessions, investor meetings, demo days, and conferences.  • Research suitable funding opportunities, accelerator programs, grants, and strategic partnership opportunities.  • Manage the fundraising pipeline, investor follow-ups, due diligence activities, and funding documentation.  • Track fundraising progress and provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team. Requirements • Proven experience in startup fundraising, investor relations, business development, partnerships, or a similar role.  • Strong understanding of startup funding ecosystems, including angel investment, venture capital, accelerators, incubators, and relevant grant opportunities.  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.  • Experience preparing investor pitch decks, fundraising presentations, and investment proposals.  • Ability to build relationships with founders, investors, and strategic partners.  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.  • Passion for building innovative businesses that create meaningful impact. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Total funding successfully secured.  • Number of investor meetings and presentations conducted.  • Number of qualified investor relationships established.  • Value of investments, grants, or strategic partnerships secured.  • Conversion rate from investor outreach to funding commitments.  • Timely completion of fundraising milestones and reporting.
