Full-Stack HRMS SaaS Build

I am building a cloud-based Human Resource Management System delivered as SaaS and need a full-stack developer who can take the product from architecture to production. The platform must cover the complete HR lifecycle—employee database management, payroll processing, performance tracking and the other standard HRMS modules that make day-to-day HR work friction-free. The application will be used by three distinct personas: HR managers who configure policies and run analytics, admin staff who maintain records and handle payroll, and employees who log in to view their data, request leave and track performance goals. Each role will need its own dashboard and permission set. Scope of work • Design the system architecture and database schema for a multi-tenant SaaS setup. • Build secure RESTful (or GraphQL if you prefer) APIs and a modern, responsive front-end. • Implement role-based access controls and audit logging. • Integrate basic payroll calculations, tax tables and downloadable payslips. • Provide performance review workflows with goal setting, feedback and reporting. • Set up CI/CD, automated testing and containerized deployment so the product can scale easily. Tech stack is flexible as long as it is widely supported—think Node.js or Django/FastAPI on the back-end and React, Vue or Angular on the front—plus PostgreSQL or another robust relational database. I will provision the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP), but you will need to prepare infrastructure-as-code scripts and helm charts or Terraform modules so environments can be reproduced quickly. Deliverables 1. Source code in a private Git repository with clear commits and README. 2. Migration scripts and seed data for demo tenants. 3. A live staging environment demonstrating all core HRMS features. 4. Technical documentation covering architecture, API endpoints, environment variables and deployment steps. Acceptance criteria • All three user roles can complete their primary workflows without errors. • Payroll runs produce accurate calculations and downloadable PDFs. • Performance tracking supports goal entry, status updates and reports. • Security tests show no critical vulnerabilities and multi-tenancy keeps data isolated. • All automated tests pass in CI.
