We are looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented with common sense who has basic Excel
knowledge and intermediate-fluent English and French and German language skills.
Salary: We will pay per accounts completed. 100 accounts = $40
It is realistic to complete min. 20-25 accounts per hour which equals a pay of $8-10 per hour.
We will start off with 100 accounts to see if you are completing the task in a compelling manner. If it is to our demands, we will hire you for a longer term.
Basic description of the task: Researching, compiling and confirming company information in an Excel
sheet. There will be three different Excel sheets that will be worked on over a period of time. One of the
Excel sheet is in English and all information will have to be researched and compiled in English. One will
be in German and all information will have to be researched and compiled in German. One will be in
French and all information will have to be researched and compiled in French.
Each Excel Sheet contains a list of companies with their company name, website, amount of employees,
amount of vehicles, short description. This information has to be verified or added if it is not on the
sheet yet. If some of the information is wrong, it has to be corrected.
You will deal with confidential information that you are not allowed to share with anyone. You will be
asked to sign a confidentiality agreement before starting the task.
The accounts you work on have to be perfectly completed. There is no tolerance for typos, spelling mistakes, missing information or badly done research. Common sense is needed.
You will receive an extensive introduction to the task (approx. 1-2 hours). After
this, there will be regular check-ins to answer any questions you might have, plan for
the weekly workload etc.
You will be encouraged to ask questions about the task anytime and someone will be available to answer
your questions within a few hours.
Start: Immediately. Preferably July 2021. The sooner, the better.
Finish: Project-based, project probably finishes in October but there might be more
opportunities after this.
Weekly workload: Minimum of 150 accounts per week. We will speak about your availability
Payment: Flexible. Can be agreed to be done weekly. Currency can also be discussed.
Working hours: Completely flexible. Whenever it suits your schedule.
Notice period: Mutual notice period of one week.
