Organic Millet Snack Formulations

I’m developing a small range of clean-label snacks and need a food-product specialist who can turn my ideas into production-ready formulas. The three items are: • Multi-millet cookies • Savoury chivda / mixture (murukku style) • Nutrient-dense snack bars All recipes must rely solely on certified organic ingredients. I have no dietary restrictions to work around, so you may use dairy, nuts or other allergens if they improve texture, flavour or shelf life. Once the recipes are finalised, the products must be capable of going into fully compostable or otherwise eco-friendly packaging that protects them on retail shelves and in courier transit. What I need from you • Precise, tested formulations with ingredient percentages in metric units • A step-by-step process flow that can scale from home-kitchen trials to small commercial batches, including baking/frying temperatures and times • Shelf-life guidance and any critical control points • Recommendations for reliable suppliers of key organic millets, binders and compostable films/pouches • Clear product photos from your test batch • Basic nutritional breakdown; indicative costings are a bonus Please share examples of similar organic snack work you have completed and the facilities or equipment you will use for trials.
