I’m setting up a cosy, modern café in Indore and need one talented, full-time chef who can comfortably wear many hats. Rather than limiting the role to a head, sous, or pastry position, I’m after an all-rounder who can run the entire kitchen end-to-end and switch styles with ease. Here’s what I expect day to day: • Shape and refresh our menu from breakfast through dessert, bringing in crowd-pleasing items across Indian, Italian, continental and fusion ideas. • Keep a close eye on stock levels, place timely orders, and control food cost without compromising quality. • Train any junior cooks or baristas who step into the kitchen so we maintain consistent plating, taste and hygiene standards. The café space, equipment and initial menu ideas are ready; what I need is your hands-on creativity and operational know-how to bring everything to life.
