I reviewed InterStud and the current Arco workflow. The mobile app should not reproduce the website inside a wrapper; it should become a cleaner native client around your existing visa, housing, document and AI-assisted workflows. I recommend Flutter for a shared iOS/Android codebase. I would keep Arco and its automation server-side, then build native mobile flows for onboarding, country/visa steps, document checklists, status tracking, housing/profile features and AI interactions using your existing APIs. I would also refine the UI around short, reassuring task-based screens, clear progress states and mobile-first navigation rather than simply translating the existing desktop layouts.
