Que tal amigo, buen dia, he visto el error que presentas y se lo que se debe hacer, solo que al elevar la versión de android se tienen que hacer las pruebas de tu app para ver que no se rompa nada (que algo deje de funcionar) si tu app tiene pruebas unitarias (unit test) con subir la version es más que suficiente ye ejecutar las pruebas, en caso de que no las tenga, yo te puedo ayudar a generar el nuevo compilado pero no puedo asegurarte que la app siga funcionando al 100 después de realizar este upgrade. Actualizo ambos proyectos a la versión exigida, reviso dependencias, compilo release, pruebo en dispositivo y subo la actualización a Play Console.
