Need Simple Flash Website Modified

I am looking for an experienced Flash website developer to quickly modify certain aspects of a Flash-based website that is used to display videos. Here are the changes that need to be made:
1. Right now my website displays a list of videos to choose from on the right-hand side and these options need to be moved to the left-hand side instead.
2. The website needs to have a new option added, "Share", that allows a user to share a video with other people... the user should specify an email address, and the recipient should be emailed the URL for that particular video.
3. The website needs to have a new option added, "About", which displays a very simple page that contains a 2-sentence description of the website along with the logo of my company, Spirit Rising Productions.

If interested in this project, please DO NOT send me a list of your qualifications and URLs to projects that don't have direct relevance to this one. I just need to know (1) if you can make the changes specified above and (2) how quickly you can make the changes. I need the changes made as quickly as possible, within the next day or two.
