Your bid is a contract to finish the project at submitted bid amount and deliver it on time with all rights for design assign to me once payment is made. I prefer payment via Paypal.
Winning bidder will be selected based on submitted mock-up. You will than make changes based on my requirements.
You will design travel related site consisting new logo and intro page where user choose the high speed version or dial up speed version. Flash site will be about 10 pages with unique and creative design for high speed dsl/cable user. Intro page must be fast loading (less than 30 second for dial up user).
Please read carefully. No bid will be consider without mock-up. In this changing world your portfolio and past work is no guarantee of your future success.
